Cancel your roll subscription
Your monthly three-roll refill is managed through your secure Shopify customer account.
- Sign in using the email address from your subscription order and the verification code sent to you.
- Open Subscriptions and select your Sticker Rolls subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription under Overview, then confirm the cancellation.
Check for the cancellation confirmation before leaving your account. Canceling the roll refill does not cancel your one-time printer purchase.
Sign in with the email address used for your refill order. Cancellation is complete only after you confirm it in your account.
Can’t find your subscription?
Open a Shopify subscription email and choose Manage your subscription. You can also contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout for help.
Only need a break?
You can pause your subscription or skip the next refill from the same account. Your Scribbly printer is a one-time purchase and is yours to keep.
